FrogPilot gets louder and returns to T.O.

Blair, of TurnItUpSideDown, informs us that FrogPilot will debut their new lineup — now including a second guitarist, Yushi — at the Smiling Buddha Bar (once again) in Toronto on August 5th at 8:00PM for a thrifty $5. For the record, that adds to the previous lineup of Satoshi, Takashi, and Kodo Ryuji.

TsuShiMaMiRe to play Chicago in May

The Scene’s favourite lady-rockers, TsuShiMaMiRe, will be making an appearance at Chicago’s AnimeCentral on the weekend of May 5 - 7, 2006. I’ll fill in some more details later on. But until then you can check out the con website or TsuShiMaMiRe’s official page.

P’EZ in Toronto’s bits magazine

As is the pattern with all Japanese bands that visit Toronto, P’EZ have a feature interview in Toronto’s #1 Japanese Magazine, bits. They are on the cover of the April 7 issue (that’s tommorow), and the website has yet to change. But, tommorow probably, you can find it on their interview page. I should scan […]
